Our
Story
ARTex Coding Society is an international non-profit coding academy that aims to introduce elementary and high school students to the world of coding and computer science. In a rapidly advancing technological landscape, coding skills have become increasingly essential, and ARTex aims to provide young learners with exciting opportunities to engage with the promising field of computer science. Our services are designed to deliver high-quality lessons to youth who may not otherwise have access to them. We are committed to offering free, comprehensive coding instruction, delivered by professionally trained instructors, to ensure that teenagers from all backgrounds can explore their passion for coding.
The Mission
ARTex recognizes that it is crucial for youth to interact with various possibilities at young ages and that many are not provided with the opportunity to do so. Our goal is to expose children to STEM and computer science from a young age, providing them with informative knowledge while aiding them in their future endeavours. ARTex aims to help families and elementary-level children from any background discover their passion for technology.
Operation Model
Our organization operates with a three-tier hierarchy designed to streamline operations and maximize impact on young students worldwide.
At the head branch, we have an experienced executive team that oversees the organization’s vision and strategy, including a finance team managing a centralized funding pool. Regional branches can request funds from this pool to support their initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across the organization. This structure includes a head branch responsible for regional administration, teacher management, marketing, and content development, while regional branches—each led by a general manager and supported by a team of capable executives—oversee localized operations.
Our passionate teachers, who generously volunteer their time and expertise, coordinate directly with the regional managers in their regions to ensure the effective delivery of our programs. Teachers are equipped with original lesson plans and trained comprehensively in content delivery and youth engagement before teaching at various in-person locations.
