We are thrilled to announce that Electronic Arts (EA) has generously donated over $100,000 CAD worth of hardware to ARTex Society on March 6, 2024. This donation includes 20 high-processing PCs, along with keyboards and mice, tools that will significantly enhance the quality of our programs.

With this equipment, we are now able to provide students with access to the same technology used by professionals. This ensures that our students can build hands-on experience with tools that will better prepare them for future careers in technology, software development, game design, and beyond. The donation also allows us to expand our curriculum, offering more advanced classes and workshops that unlock new possibilities like robotics, AI, and 3D game development.

We believe that every student deserves the chance to explore their potential, no matter their background or financial situation. EA’s generous contribution directly aligns with this mission by removing technological barriers that often prevent students from participating in coding education. With these high-end PCs, we can now offer more immersive experiences—empowering youth to innovate, collaborate, and learn through hands-on problem solving.

We are incredibly grateful to Electronic Arts for believing in our mission and providing us with the resources to inspire the next generation of programmers and innovators. With this new hardware, we can offer students not just an education, but an opportunity to develop skills and build confidence in areas that will shape the future of technological education.
